In this role, you can expect to work alongside senior clients in executing mission critical front office functions for a complex office. You will serve as the client's primary technical advisor, guiding the strategic design process and execution of technical solutions to meet their most challenging problems. The ability to operate independently with minimal government client supervision as a self-starting, team player are critical success factors for this role.






  • Completing the migration of a complex SharePoint environment into 0365
  • Ongoing administration and enhancement of the migrated SharePoint environment – site creation, web parts, workflow design/troubleshooting, document library, list, custom columns/metadata management
  • Development of SharePoint applications to meet business needs and integrating applications with SharePoint using MS InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer
  • Gathering and document requirements/use cases and managing development to a schedule including full documentation and configuration
  • Troubleshooting existing operational applications and resolving issues
  • Responsible for oversight of one junior team member




Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance (must be eligible and willing to upgrade to Top Secret)
  • At least five years experience administering a complex SharePoint environment, including in 0365
  • At least two years’ experience with SharePoint application development, including developing solutions using custom development with JavaScript
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT field or equivalent experience or Microsoft Certifications
  • Familiarity with the 0365 suite of tools (e.g., Power BI) as well as AvePoint (including DocAve) and Sharegate
  • Experience with multiple SharePoint versions including SharePoint 2010, 2013 and Office 365
  • Experience migrating existing sites to newer SharePoint versions
  • Experience using HTML, JavaScript, JQuery to develop front end SharePoint solutions and enhance site UI
  • Previous direct government staff interaction experience
