Develops, tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer products. Establishes course content and objectives. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

Responsibilities

Job Knowledge:  Seasoned professional in the job family. This is the level of full competence that all professionals are expected to achieve in the function.   
Leadership/Directing of Others: Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to program goals and planning efforts.  May have supervisory responsibilities and/or direct the work of other.   
Problem Solving/Complexity: Assignments are typically broad in nature, requiring discretion and ingenuity. Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations. Typically confers with managers or superiors on unusually complex matters.
Supervision Received/Independent Judgement:  Operates with considerable latitude performing work with instruction limited to results expected.  

 

Works with Application Functional experts, and application developers to develop training materials and job aids for users of  HR applications.

Provides  Business Owners with  assistance in testing applications.

 

Provides Instructor Lead training for HR applications.

Develops training materials, and updates existing materials based on changes in applications. 

Develops on –line training materials and application help capability for on-line self-help capability.

Ideal candidate has:

 

3+ years of experience with training federal government HR Systems.

Requires knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.x plus

Requires 1+ year of experience with Oracle UPK  

Requies excellent verbal/written communication skills 

 

Oracle PeopleSoft Certifications are desirable.

 

Candidate must be able to work well in a team environment.
