BE is looking for a Management Consultant to support a wide range of Navy and Marine Corps business IT systems. Systems range from client-server applications, employing interactive and batch processes, to customized web-based solutions, operating in a distributed or standalone environment. Systems include Marine Corps Enterprise IT Services (MCEITS) and Total Force Information Technology Systems (TFITS).


About the Project

BE will provide datacenter infrastructure and applications services support to the Marine Corps, helping them modernize and transform their business IT systems through cloud migration, process reengineering and new software development.




  • Provide organizational development and structure guidance in support of a large-scale Marine Corps business system reengineering and integration project
  • Support the technical software, network and datacenter engineering team with business management expertise and recommendations on how to optimize and improve various Marine Corps business processes and workflows
  • Recommend policies, doctrine, tactics, and procedures given past expert opinion or using analysis of actual outcomes
  • Work to improve performance management
  • Facilitate the change management process


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, Physical Science or business-related specialty
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Ten (10) years of Strategic Business Management experience in relevant technical field, to include: Development of Corporate Strategic Plans, Development of Organizational Performance Management Plans, Development of Organization Governance Structures, Guiding significant organizational change management efforts
