BE is looking for a Management Analyst to support a wide range of Navy and Marine Corps business IT systems. Systems range from client-server applications, employing interactive and batch processes, to customized web-based solutions, operating in a distributed or standalone environment. Systems include Marine Corps Enterprise IT Services (MCEITS) and Total Force Information Technology Systems (TFITS).


About the Project

BE will provide datacenter infrastructure and applications services support to the Marine Corps, helping them modernize and transform their business IT systems through cloud migration, process reengineering and new software development.




  • Provide program management support, including cost and scheduling support
  • Develop and manage project planning and integrated master schedules, including critical path and internal/external dependency management
  • Develop Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) documentation to support acquisition and program milestones
  • Develop technical documentation such as Systems Engineering Technical Review documentation, Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Change Requests (CRQ), and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) Use Cases


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
  • Two (2) years of Contract Management experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures
