In this position you will serve as a direct report to the Program Manager and be co-responsible for all aspects of program execution along with the Program Manager. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage a technical program, manage personnel at multiple client sites, perform schedule and cost reporting, and provide regular briefings to the customer and BE headquarters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting large contracts and operational knowledge/experience with key, core customer mission areas.
Candidate must possess at least a current Secret clearance. Contract can hold TS clearances.

Leadership/Directing of Others: Contributes to and may lead the planning and implementation of large programs in the function, and regularly interfaces with management and/or stakeholders. May spend time split between an individual contributor performing assignments that require a higher level of experience and leading the work of others. May have supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
Problem Solving/Complexity: May have expertise in specific areas; problem solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues without precedent or structure. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
Supervision Received/Independent Judgement: Escalation of issues to senior management or subject matter experts occurs only for highly complex matters. High degree of autonomy is expected.
