    Works with the Sr Program Manger and Deputy Program Managers to plan, budget, evaluate program financial documents, provide government status reports and perform analysis on program metrics and key success factors.  Works with the Sr. Program Manager to ensure schedules, budgets, and contractual commitments are met. 


    Program liaison to back office functions including HR, finance, contracts, and recruiting.  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work with others are a must.  Understanding of contracts and finance will be helpful to being successful.  Able to work independently and in teams.


    Interim TS/Top Secret


    • Works with the Program Managers to plan, budget, evaluate and maintain program financial documents; including developing burn plans, financial reports, validating timesheets and invoices and project schedules
    • Develops weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports
    • Works with the contracts and finance HQ teams to ensure that contract and finance documents are accurate and timely
    • Supports program communications
    • Perform data analysis on program metrics.  Recognize trends and make recommendations to overall performance.  Evaluate and recommend changes to improve key performance indicators.
    • Able to provide status reports to contract officer and contract officer representatives; present to government task managers and other senior government officials as required
    • Experience with financial documents (earned value, pro formas, estimation tools), Deltek CostPoint and MS Project as well as working with contract documents and invoices is helpful
