    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain processes for monitoring/reporting help desk performance metrics
    • Identify and act on help desk performance areas requiring improvement
    • Provide timely escalation to ensure proper support is addressed well in advance of business impacts
    • Establish and maintain expected support approaches/coverage for helpdesk personnel for all business conditions
    • Assists IT Support Specialists in resolving and monitor end user help requests timely and accurately. These requests cover a wide range of support, from simple tech questions to network issues
    • Responsible for ensuring end user training and assistance where required
    • Manages inventory for all IT equipment required for support needs
    • Maintain effective professional working relationship with co-workers and every level of management
    • Assist in other areas of projects as required

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma and associates degree.
    • Five (5) years of experience may substitute for the degree requirements.
    • Has three (3) years of progressive experience in a business ADP environment with emphasis on microcomputer hardware and software applications.
