    Responsibilities

    Position Requirements

    The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, administration, and continuous improvement of the production infrastructure in support of our Federal customer. This is a broad role that will allow involvement in diverse technologies. You will manage Remedy tickets, administer the backup environment, and troubleshoot Windows servers such as Windows Server 2008-2016 as well as VMWare administration. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with other system engineers to create, maintain and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, network appliances and the customer’s Organizational Unit (OU) in Active Directory.
    • Interaction with multiple IT and business teams with a wide range of technical backgrounds in support production, world-wide enterprise applications.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret level clearance
    • 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience to include:
    • Windows Server Operating Systems, VMware Server Suite (6.X), to include ESXi and vSphere
    • Scripting & automation experience with Power Shell

    Additional Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure administration
    • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery architecture
